I turn it back on later and then setup the user account, add java, flash, adobe, chrome and any apps the customer wants/has license for, then run a windows update on the pc. OS load, patching, software installation, etc is all done through SCCM 2012 R2. Usually it is more like 3-5 days (sometimes longer) depending on the software necessary for the system. Deployment of a new system from the start of the process to the system being at the user's desk and fully functional with all required applications working is at bare minimum two days for a rush job (maybe one if there is only standard bare minimum software).
